Cosmetic Grade Sponge Microneedles are a naturally derived ingredient from Sea Sponges (Phylum Porifera).
The slender needles of the sponge range in size from 20-200um and can penetrate deep into the stratum corneum and epidermis. Sponge Microneedles activate the epidermis microcirculation and helps deliver active ingredients deep into the skin.

Will I experience any downtime?
For approximately one week following the procedure, the skin will undergo a renewal
process, lightly shedding its dead outer layer.
Depending on the skin, your client may or may not experience shedding.
If peeling occurs, it usually begins 2- 4 days following the treatment and lasts for approximately three days.
In addition, your client may experience mild itching, dryness and redness.

The basic treatment protocol consists of a cleanse, 15 min BioMicroneedle Spicule Sponge Treatment application, Sheet Mask, Moisturiser + SPF.
BioMicroneedle Spicule Sponge Treatment may be done after a Profosma Jet Plasma treatment see here, and the SRA DNA Repair Vit. A SkinFusion may be incorporated at the same time as the SRA BioMicroneedle Spicule Sponge Treatment
However we do suggest treating your clients separately first with each modality for risk mitigation.
Each session is done 14 - 28 days apart
Depending on the desired outcome of the treatment, the genetic age, condition of the skin + the clients diligent use of prescribed homecare with mineral SPF, the practitioner may prescribe 1 - 3 cycles for the max benefit
A follow up Mini Facial is suggested 4 - 6 weeks after the end of the recommended cycles to review and take after pictures, giving the treatment it's time to completely show the results.
Maintenance treatments, as with any modality, is very beneficial + may also be suggested.
